Job Description：

Responsibilities:




Essential Function 1:                

• Design, Develop, Implement & Improve Distribution & Network Design.                                

• Support on counry Network mapping, footprint & costs transparency projects.                    

• Analyze existing Distribution Network and drive improvements (simplify, standardize, centralize).

• Define with Stakeholders opportunity portfolio, prioritize & launch improvements program.

• Establish and make recommendations for the evolution of Network Design.  

                                             

Essential Function 2:                

• Project & Change Management / Documentation .                          

• Lead/support projects through their full lifecycle (from planning to implementation & post-go-live follow up).                                       

• Achieve operational excellence for designated distribution area also leveraging LeanSigma methods & CLNX.                                      

• Active benchmarking of Network & Distribution through 3rd parties & comparison with other companies.                                            

                                              

Essential Function 3:                

• Increase efficiency of established distribution & Network.                               

• Initiate improvement measures and programs in close cooperation with the Global / Regional Process Expert .                                   

• Define, track and improve a set of KPIs clearly indicating overall end-to-end distribution performance.                                           

• Continuously scout for innovative solutions significantly improving operations.   

                                       

Essential Function 4:                

• Logistics cost performance analysis.                                  

• Logistics regular statistics to review the overall logistic cost performance.                            

• Ad hoc logistics data statistics on projects basis.

• Actively participate to the country community of experts meetings & working sessions.                                              




Job Requirements:





• Business management, Logistics & Supply Chain degree, Information Technolog.   

• ＞5 years’ experience in management of Logistics & Supply Chain optimization or SAP implementation projects experience.

• Proven ability to operate as a functional process expert while leading a country business transformation.

• Conduct strategic/tactical process planning based on business needs.

• International cross-culture exposure and ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels of an organization。

• Ability to seamlessly partner with business and Service organizations on direction and prioritization.

• SAP consultant backgroud is prefered".
