- Improve and refine plant quality system, ensure all system requirements are thoroughly executed within plant. 
- Set up plant quality target such as COPQ (cost of poor quality), number of customer complain, annual sorting cost, scrap cost… 
- Monitor quality performance in production line and customer side, lead to define measures for improvement from development stage throughout mass production and EOP. 
- Be in charge of all internal and external customer audits from preparation period to audit finding closing. 
- Provide quick and satisfactory responses to any customer concerns by collaborating with cross-functional teams. 
- Get involved in all advanced product quality planning procedures to ensure high product quality in mass production. 
- Have authority to shut down production activities against any abnormal quality process controlling requirement. 
- Be responsible for quality department budget controlling and team performance continuous improvement. 
- Hire, coach and develop subordinates per business requirement and also personal development consideration. 
- DEC Plant. 
- OEM experience is required such as VW, GM, Ford, Volvo and etc. 
- Expert in OEM processes and requirements. 
- Practical experience in leading quality improvement activities/projects in plant. 
- Has a deep knowledge about auto electronic products. 
- DDC Plant. 
- SMT experience in auto industry is preferred. 
- OEM experience is required such as VW, Ford, BMW, GM and etc. 
- Expert in OEM processes and requirements. 
- Excellent in global communication and collaboration with internal teams and external customers. 
- Stamping Plant. 
- Auto industry experience is a must and stamping experience is preferred. 
- Be able to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and external parties (customers and suppliers) on all levels. 
- Quality Management System development, maintenance and deployment experience is a plus. 
- Molding Plant. 
- Molding background is a must and with auto industry is preferred. 
- Be good at handling internal customer relationship. 
- Practical experience in leading quality improvement activities/projects in plant. 
- Minimum 8 years quality working experience and over 3 years team management experience. 
- Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering is preferred.
