Job Description：

Head of Powertrain Electrified Propulsion

Responsibilities:




• Responsible for all aspects of electrified propulsion engineering and program management in APAC region.

• Management and oversight of all Electrified Powertrain programs, engineering activity and integration/application with Vehicle Development in the region.

• Active participation with global synergy and communization activities to enable reuse for speed to market and robustness.

• All aspects of the product life cycle from requirements definition through resolution of field issues.

• Grow the APAC electrified propulsion organization and competence in including attracting, developing and retaining key talent.







Qualifications:




• Master’s Degree preferred in quantitative field such as in powertrain, vehicle, mechanical, controls or EE engineering.

• At least 10 years’ proven experience in powertrain calibration, experienced in new energy vehicle segment or electrified propulsion is required.

• Knowledge of electrified propulsion, engine, transmission and vehicle technologies and working principles.

• Knowledge of electrified propulsion technologies and systems engineering, hybrid vehicle batteries, electric motors, and electrical motor controls.
