Job Description：

Head of Planning & Strategy, APAC Powertrain

Responsibilities:




• Analyzes industry trends, landscapes, legislation, regulation, market development, powertrain technology trend, competitive threats, and expansion opportunities to inform strategic workforce plans, assessments of capability gaps and talent strategies.

• Forms points of views by building superior financial models and analyses translating them into executive level presentations for Company Leaders.

• Oversees monthly workforce planning cadence, driving process compliance across stakeholders and creating deliverables for the audience.







Qualifications:




• Master’s Degree preferred in quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Operations Research or Mathematics.

• 2+ Years consulting experience in a corporate strategy function within a Fortune 500 company or consulting firm for automobile sector.

• 8+ Years combined experience across Analytics, Strategy and Management Consulting.

• Highly tuned to the Workforce Analytics space, with a clear understanding of the path forward in this rapidly evolving space.
